Joint Privacy Review Committee
The Privacy Officer chairs the Joint Privacy Review Committee, consisting of representatives from across DHS and OHA. The Committee is responsible for:
- Reviewing and mitigating complaints,
- Evaluating compliance reviews,
- Monitoring business associate contracting,
- Recommending policy changes.
