The Addictions and Mental Health (AMH) Division's COMPASS project is currently in the process of implementing a new comprehensive behavioral health electronic data system that interfaces with other health information systems in an effort to improve care, control cost and share information.

The Addictions and Mental Health Division is offering a FREE EHR to publicly funded Behavioral Health Providers and those that currently submit CPMS data.

In addition to the work to create Coordinated Care Organizations, the Addictions and Mental Health Division has undertaken a parallel but separate system change effort with Oregon's county governments to restructure the publicly funded addictions and mental health system for people who are not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan.
