About OHA

DMAP is a division of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), which coordinates the biennial budget development process that funds DMAP operations. OHA includes most of the state's other health care programs, including Public HealthHealthy Kids, employee benefits and public-private partnerships.  This gives the state greater purchasing and market power to begin tacking issues with costs, quality lack of preventive care and health care access.
