Provider Web Portal
https://www.or-medicaid.gov. - Free, real-time information available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
To access the Provider Web Portal, you must be a current Oregon Medicaid provider. You do not need to complete a Trading Partner Agreement. DMAP issues eligible providers a PIN letter to access the Web portal. If you need a PIN, contact DMAP Provider Services (800-336-6016). If you are a current user and need access to certain features, contact your office administrator.
How to set up your account
You just need the Personal Identification Number (PIN) letter issued by DMAP, your Oregon Medicaid Provider ID, and access to the Internet. If your provider type is eligible for National Provider Identifier (NPI), you must register your NPI with DMAP in order to access Web functions.
If you have a Web portal administrator in your office, that person can give you access to the Web portal and the specific features you need (such as Claims, Eligibility, Plan of Care, Prior Authorization, Benefits and HSC List.Inquiry). If you do not have a Web administrator in your office and lost or did not receive a PIN letter, contact Provider Services.
