IMPORTANT!

1.    Please be reminded that being placed on the "HCI Registry" does not mean you are certified, as this is only a state registry.

2.    When completing the readings and quiz at the end of each module, you will be able to print out a certificate. However, this does not mean you are certified. It means that you have successfully completed the required readings for the registry. Do not print the certificate for providers as it is not proof of certification.

3.    The "Student Transcript" that is available once all reading modules have been done, shows that you have completed the readings. You must provide a copy of the transcript with your application and the required fee in order for DHS to complete your registration. Sample of "Student Transcript".

4.    If you have already submitted your application and fee but received a letter stating that you have not completed the online orientation, click here to do so. You do not need to pay the fee again.
