Phase I Framework Master Plan

The purpose of the Phase I Framework Master Plan is to provide an overview of the Oregon State Hospital (OSH) and the effectiveness of Oregons mental health system.Phase II Framework Master Plan
The goal of the Phase II Master Plan Report is to build on the findings of the first Master Plan Report in order to provide guidance in creating the future of the state's mental health system.
