Oregon Rental Housing Assistance Programs - An Overview  
The Housing Stabilization Program was created in 1999 to assist households with children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The program is a partnership between local lead agencies, Children Adults and Families Division of Oregon Department of Human Services and Oregon Housing and Community Services.
