About the Report
Poverty´s causes and effects are multifaceted. The new Oregon Housing and Community Services Report on Poverty 2004 explores how policy changes, economic shifts, and social trends affect people living in poverty.

Updates and Corrections as of September 9, 2005
Since the Report on Poverty—2004 went to print in Autumn 2004, we have obtained additional data and identified some errors in the report.

As of September 9, 2005, all of the files in the list below have been corrected and reposted. OHCS does not plan to reprint the report.
