Grant and Tax Credit Programs for Housing

Multifamily Finance and Resources Section / Grants and Tax Credits
   

  OHCS administers various grant and tax credit programs for the development of affordable rental housing in Oregon. Owners receiving these resources are required to limit rental charges so that the housing is affordable to lower-income Oregonians for a specified period of time.
 
How To Apply:
Grant and Tax Credit programs are administered through the "Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC)."
 
All interested applicants must work directly with a Regional Advisor before submitting an application.
