Grant and Tax Credit Programs / HELP Program
                                                                             
The HELP Program was established to provide funding for safe, decent and sanitary housing affordable to very low-income families and individuals. The department has, as its discretion, set-aside HELP funds for these distinct populations; Homeless, including victims of domestic violence (Housing PLUS definition only) and group homes for persons with developmental disabilities or chronic mental illness.

How To Apply:
Applications are accepted twice a year, during the Spring and Fall rounds of the Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC).        
 
Applicants must work with a Regional Advisor before any application submission.
