HOME Investment Partnerships Program

Grant and Tax Credit Programs / HOME Program
The HOME Investment Partnerships Program makes funds available for the development of affordable housing for low- and very low-income households, and encourages partnerships among state agencies, local governments, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations.

How To Apply:                           
Applications are accepted twice a year, during the Spring and Fall rounds of the Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC).        
 
Applicants must work with a Regional Advisor before any application submission.
