An Overview
As of January 1, 2006, Manufactured Dwelling Park Community Relations (MDPCR) is required by ORS 90.730(.pdf) to maintain formal registration for all parks in the state. Our agency is required to maintain a statewide Park Directory as well.
This legislation requires that all owners of manufactured dwelling and floating home facilities are to be registered with Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS). It also requires that landlords notify OHCS of any changes in the registration information no later than 60 days after the change.
