Oregon Housing Centers (OHC) have a dedicated staff that is knowledgeable and experienced in helping low- and moderate-income families rent and purchase affordable housing. 
 
OHC staff know the local resources on who offers a variety of housing services and can help eligible families access these services.
 
Oregon Housing Centers also specialize in offering homebuyer training, financial education, closing cost assistance, as well as other homebuyer services.
