Behavioral Analysis Regulatory Board

The Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board consists of nine members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Oregon Senate, including:
  • Four members who are licensed by the board;
  • One licensed psychiatrist with experience or training in treating autism spectrum disorder;
  • One licensed psychologist with experience or training in treating autism spectrum disorder;
  • One licensed developmental pediatrician with experience or training in treating autism spectrum disorder;
  • one member of the general public who does not have a financial interest in the provision of applied behavior analysis and does not have a ward or family member who has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder; and
  • one member who is a parent, guardian or family member of an individual who has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and has received some form of applied behavior analysis therapy
Terms in office are four years.

Note: A new board was put into place as of Nov. 1, 2015, with the passage of Senate Bill 696. The membership info below will be updated soon.
