Disciplinary Actions
Overview
Final orders are disciplinary actions that resulted in a final penalty, or settlement, against a licensee.  Disciplinary actions result from complaints against licensees by consumers, complaints by other licensed professionals, investigations initiated by the Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA), or from violations found during the course of facility inspections by OHLA inspectors.
