Regulations governing the practice of denture technology in Oregon are contained in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 680.500-680.570 and 680.990. Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for denture technology are contained in Chapter 331, Divisions 405-430.
Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) central agency statutes and rules related to procedural, administrative, licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for all OHLA-regulated professions are found in ORS 676.600-676.625 and 676.992 and OAR 331, Divisions 001-030.
