Proposed Rules and Recently Adopted Rules

The Health Licensing Office (Office) filed proposed administrative rules for the Environmental Health Registration Board with the Secretary of State Office for publication in the June 1, 2015, Oregon Bulletin.
The rules, which you can read here, update the Health Licensing name (it is an Office now, not an agency) and reduce the late fee for a delinquent renewal of registration from a sliding scale to a fixed rate per year up to three years. A public administrative rule hearing has been scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2015, in the Health Licensing Office Rhoades Conference Room, 700 Summer St. NE Suite 320, Salem, OR, 97301. Permanent administrative rules are scheduled to become effective July 1, 2015.
The Office welcomes all comments, and is specifically requesting feedback regarding the fiscal impact of these rules on small businesses.
