Board Member Biography
Paula Koeller
Dr. Paula Koeller is Adolescent Medicine Physician at Greenfield Health, where she uses her graduate work in nutrition to assist her patients with eating disorders or for those struggling with obesity.  Dr. Koeller has held other positions in adolescent health, pediatrics and with student health clinics.
Dr. Koeller has helped develop programs such as "It's My Choice," a multi-media teen-age pregnancy prevention program, contributed to publications related to adolescent health, including "Body Basics," a monthly teen health newsletter, and lectured on such topics as "So, I Have an Eating Disorder, When Can I Run Again?"
She graduated with a bachelor's of arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, graduated with a medical degree from University of Minnesota, did her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital National Medical Center, Washington, D.C., and received an Adolescent Medicine Fellowship to the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.
"The dietitian is an important member of the multidisciplinary medical team when addressing medical issues beyond eating disorders," says Dr. Koeller.  "My background in nutrition has been helpful throughout my medical career."
