Rob Hays is currently employed with Pinnacle Healthcare, Inc. and has more than 20 years of experience in long-term care. In addition to working as a nursing home administrator, he has also worked as a nurse's aide, occupational therapy program director and social services director.

 

Mr. Hays holds Bachelor’s degrees in Gerontology and Social Work with emphasis in Development/Grant Writing, and Native Alaskan Studies. He is a trained and certified Care Coordinator and has served as a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association, several chapters of Hospice and the Alzheimer’s Research Alliance.
