| Michael Nurre |
|
Michael Nurre has worked at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) in Portland as a respiratory therapist since 1996. Nurre is currently working towards a Master’s degree in public health administration.
Prior to working at OHSU, Nurre was an oxygen educational specialist at Pneu-Med Inc. in Eugene and served in the U.S. Army, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant/E-5. Nurre graduated from Lane Community College with an Associate’s degree in applied respiratory care and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University.
“I have benefited greatly by being a respiratory therapist, and would like to help shape the direction of my profession,” Nurre says.
