We invite your input about our website and on proposals for rule changes. We plan to add periodic customer surveys on various topics in coming months.

Oregon law prevents us from responding to requests for legal advice from anyone except members of the Oregon Judicial Department. And we have no staff available to research information or court records for the public.

To understand and protect your legal rights, you should consult your own private lawyer or check out our Self-Help and FAQ pages for information and resources on Oregon law and how to find legal help.

Comments on Changes Proposed to Court Rules, Forms, Schedules, Policies

From time to time, committees and other workgroups seek public comment before adopting rules, forms, policies, and schedules. Committees and workgroups also welcome suggestions for improvement.

We post invitations to comment on proposed changes here when the public comment period begins:

Public comment on proposed changes to the 2008 Uniform Trial Court Rules will be accepted until March 2, 2009.

If you have other suggestions to improve rules, forms, policies, or schedules published on our website, please use the website feedback form.
