| FAQs for Logging into the OMB Online Services |
|
Your initial password for the Online Services system is your Social Security Number (SSN). Once you successfully log on with your SSN, you will be required to create a new password.
Tips for logging in:
License Number: Enter your license Number with the 2-letter prefix (MD, DO, DP, PA, or AC) and 5 or 6 digits with no spaces. Example: MD99999 or MD999999.
If you have a wallet card, your license number on this card may be shown with only 4 digits. If this is the case, you will need to add a zero after the 2-letter prefix, before the 4 digits. Example: if your license number on the wallet card is MD1234, you would enter MD01234 during the log on process.
If you are an applicant and do not currently have an Oregon license, please enter your six digit application number.
Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth with a two digit month, two digit day, and a four digit year in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy.
Social Security Number: Your initial password for the Online Services system is your Social Security Number (SSN). The SSN may be entered with or without dashes. Once you successfully log on with your SSN, you will be required to create a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number.
Forgot Password: The “Forgot Password” link will not work until you have a home email address on file with the Board. Once you log on, you will have an opportunity to review your home address. Please be sure to update your home address to include an email address if one is not already on file. If you have already established a password but have forgotten it and do not have an email address on file, contact the Board to add the email address to your record so you can use the “Forgot Password” link. For your security, Board staff do not have access to your password.
If you continue to have difficulties logging on, give us a call during business hours. One of our staff can verify the information we have for you and help you through the log on process. The phone number is 971-673-2700, ask for the Call Center.
