2010 Online License Renewal Information
Renewal for current 1 year and Emeritus licensees must be completed prior to December 31, 2010, or the license will lapse. A licensee may not practice with a lapsed license.
The online renewal system is now available. Postcards were mailed to all who will need to renew. All licensees are expected to renew online. Renewal applications must be submitted with fee by December 1, 2010 to be processed and licensed by close of business on December 31, 2010. Any renewal processed and completed after December 31, 2010 will incur a late fee of $75.00.
