Please be aware that the OMB requests license renewals to be complete by December 1st to ensure that Board staff have time to review and process all license renewals. Current licenses do not lapse until January 1, 2012. If you are unable to complete your renewal by December 1st, please complete the renewal as soon as possible thereafter so that we may complete our review and resolve any potential problems with your renewal well in advance of the lapse date.
Call Center hours for Renewal questions and/or assistance are 9:00 am to noon and 1pm through 3:00 pm. New requirements related to CME and the requirement of an email address for all licensees have slowed OMB services more than we had anticipated. We appreciate your patience with us as we work through these issues.
