Mission Statement
The Financial Administration Division exists to support and ensure accuracy and accountability in agency government financial, budgeting, purchasing, contracting, and information management systems by providing services and controls in the management of agency wide accounting, receivables, financial reporting, budget development and execution, purchasing and contracting, and information technology functions.

Annual Performance Measures

The Financial Administration Division is responsible for agency wide financial accounting, financial reporting, budget development and execution, purchasing and contracting, and administration of the agency wide fiscal and information management system for the Oregon Military Department. It administers the agency wide accounting, budget, purchasing and contracting, and information management systems.  It prepares the agency wide Annual Financial Report, administers agency wide central disbursements and provides fiscal management assistance to senior state and federal management staff.
