Emergency Declaration for State of Oregon as a result of Hurricane Katrina FEMA-3228-EM
The State of Oregon received a Federal Emergency Declaration on September 7, 2005.  FEMA is authorized to provide Public Assistance Category B (emergency protective measures), at 100% Federal funding to state and local governments that provided shelter and care to Katrina's victims.  The incident period starts August 29, 2005 and is continuing.
