On your way out of town, you will be stopped at a reception center.
 

• If evacuated to the north: Locust Grove Road From I-82, take exit 114.
• If evacuated to the south:  Take Highway 207 south Turn left onto Highway 74 (Heppner).
• If evacuated to the east: From I-84, take exit #216 Turn left, toward Pendleton.
• If evacuated to the west: From I-84, take exit #137 (Arlington).
