Presidential Major Disaster for Oregon declared 02/19/04
Severe Winter Storm of December 26, 2003 to January 14, 2004
FEMA assistance is available for public infrastructure to recover from the winter storm that occurred during late December 2003 and early January 2004. This FEMA program is called Public Assistance.
