Memorial services Staff Sgt. James Weisenburg
 
Salem, Ore. – Staff Sgt. David James Robert Weisenburg, assigned to B Company, 2-162 Infantry Battalion was killed in action while on patrol in Taji, Iraq on Sept. 13, 2004. Also killed in this attack was Sgt. Ben Isenberg.
 
Weisenburg is survived by his parents James and Marilyn Weisenberg of Portland.
 
A public memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the New Hope Community Church. Internment will follow at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
