Oregon National Guard receives proclamation of support from the City of Salem

Todd Farmer, the ORNG State Aviation Officer, received the proclamation that recognizes the important role the ORNG has in search and rescue operations in Oregon as well as the distinguished record of the ORNG in service overseas.
