Press Release
March 04, 2009
Military Commissary sales scheduled throughout Oregon

Through our new "Bringing the Benefit to You" campaign, the Defense Commissary Agency is reaching out to Guard and Reserve members who have earned the commissary benefit, but who cannot easily travel to a local store to shop on a regular basis. "Bringing the Benefit to You" includes taking a bit of the commissary itself to Guard and Reserve units through on-site truckload case-lot sales.

In addition to supporting Guard and Reserve members, these sales are open to all authorized commissary customers.

This March 27-29 the program is scheduled to begin at Jackson Armory near Portland Air National Guard Base in Portland, Ore.

The rest are scheduled as follows:
- Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Bend, Ore. April 2-4
- Pendleton Armory in Pendleton, Ore. April 17-19
- Douglas County Fairgrounds in Roseburg, Ore. April 24 & 25
- Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Ore. May 1 & 2
- Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Ore. June 5-7
- Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Ore. July 10 & 11
