PHOTO RELEASE: 1249th Engineers Mobilize from Salem Oregon for Afghanistan

Approximately 176 Soldiers of the1249th Engineer Battalion stand before friends and family during their Mobilization ceremony at the Salem Fairgrounds Pavilion in Salem Oregon, 3 December. Soldiers will be the Headquarters Element and Forward Support Company for Task Force Gridley, which is comprised of six states from across the nation. The battalion will be stationed in Afghanistan.
