Oregon National Guard joins local first responders at Portland event to commemorate tenth anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001 attacks

Boykin, the former U.S. Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, speaks at the 9-11 Memorial Dinner, held at the Portland Convention Center in Portland, Ore., Sept. 10.  Boykin thanked first-responders and members of the military in attendance for their service and sacrifice since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.  The event honored first-responders, represented by members of local law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and military members from Oregon.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
