| OPRD's Heritage Programs staff is eager to serve you. From the DIRECTORY link below, please select the person or program you wish to contact. If you have a general inquiry, please use the telephone number, fax number, email address or postal address in the next section. Our offices are located in Salem in the North Mall Office Building, Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Winter Street entrance is the most convenient access. From I-5 North or South, take the Market Street exit and travel west on Market Street for 1.5 miles. Turn left on Winter Street and drive four blocks. The North Mall Office Building is on your left. Two hour parking spaces (some metered, but all strictly enforced) are located on both sides of the street. Thank you for visiting the Heritage Programs website!
