Commission Welcomes New Staff Members
Oregon Focus on HAI Prevention Collaborative, Expanding Data Analysis
The Commission has received federal funding to allow for the creation of a collaborative to help prevent healthcare-acquired infections (HAI) in Oregon; this project will be managed by Melissa Parkerton. Sydney Edlund will support the collaborative as well as working to build the Commission's analytic capabilities. We welcome these new team members!

Commission Finalizes 2009-2011 Budget
On June 23, the Patient Safety Commission held a public hearing in regards to its proposed biennial budget. The Commission board approved this budget on Thursday, June 25. The budget includes no increases on fees to health care facilities.

Nursing Homes

Retail Pharmacies
