The Oregon State Board of Geologist Examiners will convene for a quarterly meeting on Friday, September 18, 2009, at 1:00 PM. The meeting will be preceded by an 8:30 AM work session. The work session and the Board meeting will be held in Conference Room A of The Association Center, 707 13th Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301. The Board will hold a working lunch during the meeting time.

During the meeting, the Board may consider Administrative Rule review, legislative activities, law enforcement matters, financial reports, administration of examinations, and examination appeals. The Board may convene in Executive Session to discuss records exempt from public inspection per ORS 192.660(2)(f).

Meetings of the Board are open to the public. Parties interested in the regulation of registered professionals or the practices of geology and engineering geology are invited to attend.

The meeting location is accessible to people with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Marilou Arrobang at the Board office.
