OSBN Policies & Position Papers

Please Note: After a review of existing Board policies and position papers, the Board determined that some of the documents were written using language reserved for Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Administrative Rules. Therefore, during the next eight months, the current posted policies will be incorporated into Oregon Administrative Rule or replaced with Interpretive Statements, Frequently Asked Questions, or Decision Trees. This transition will occur with the input of various stakeholder groups and Board staff.  As new documents are developed, the corresponding policy will be removed from the OSBN website. Completion of this process is targeted for December 31, 2015.
