Introduction 
 
The Oregon State Marine Board provides grant funding to waterway managers for boating access facilities that include boat ramps, boarding floats, transient tie ups, restrooms, parking, and other boating-related construction projects.  
 

City of Winston

OPEN FOR BID: The City of Winston's Harold and Sid Nichols Park project. Principal elements include cast-in-place concrete boat ramp, asphaltic concrete paved parking lot and access road, precast concrete toilet installation and vegetated storm water swales. Bid packages are available through the City of Winston, Jennifer Sikes at 541-679-6114. Bid opened May 29 at 10 am.

 

Oregon Parks and Recreation Department 

OPEN FOR BID: Construction of a new boat ramp at Marshall Island.  Principal elements include demolition of the existing ramp, construction of a new, single-lane concrete ramp, expanding existing parking and construct a new asphalt surface.  Bid packages are available through the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, Darrell Monk, Sr. Project Manager at 503-986-0760.  Bid opening is June 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
