The Title & Registration Section Mission
To provide excellent customer service along with issuance of accurate and timely titles and registrations
for boats, floating homes, boathouses, outfitter guide registrations and charter boat licenses.
The Marine Board office is located at 435 Commercial St NE Salem OR 97301.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
