The Marine Board partners with County and City Parks who manage waterway access and provide grants for facilities maintenance, design and engineering, and other services such as pumpout and dump stations.  The agency also works with federal partners, such as the U.S. Coast Guard, Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, etc.  State partners include Department of State Lands, State Parks, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife.  

The Marine Board also partners with 32 County Sheriff's Offices and Oregon State Police who enforce marine boating laws and ensure the waterways are safe for boaters.
