Video Lottery Terminal (VLT)
Shipping Information
A written authorization is required before transporting Video Lottery Terminals within the State of Oregon. This authorization is an approval that is issued by the Oregon State Police Tribal Gaming Section on behalf of the State of Oregon.  The written authorization must accompany the terminals(s) at all times when being transported within the State of Oregon.
 
The following information is required to be submitted at least ten days before an authorization is considered:
 
Vendor company name, address, and phone number.
Casino name and the address Video Lottery Terminals  will be shipped to or from.
Transporter's company name, address, and phone number.
Seal# unique to the shipment.
Dates the Video Lottery Terminals will be transported within the State of Oregon.
Quantity of Video Lottery Terminals being transported.
Serial number, theme, and denomination for each Video Lottery Terminal.
 
Any changes to the authorization of any kind will render the authorization void.  The shipment will be considered unauthorized.
 
No verbal authorizations can be given and no party other than the Oregon State Police Tribal Gaming Section will issue Video Lottery Terminal shipments to Tribal Gaming facilities.
