| Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest, Methamphetamine and Cocaine Seizure south of Roseburg | ||

The drugs were found in a hidden compartment with the help of a drug dog. On April 2, 2008 at approximately 12 noon, an OSP Senior Trooper stopped a 1997 Ford Explorer driven by LUIS GARIBAY-LUNA, age 31, reportedly residing in Winton, California, northbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 113 for impeding traffic. Subsequent to the traffic stop, a sophisticated hidden compartment was located with the help of DINT's drug dog containing five packages with approximately 4 pounds of Methamphetamine and one pound of Cocaine. GARIBAY-LUNA was taken into custody and lodged in Douglas County Jail on the following charges:
