Paid Holidays –
A leave bank is established in lieu of traditional holiday leave. Each employee earns six (6) hours of leave per full calendar month of paid employment with a maximum accrual of seventy-two (72) hours.

Overtime Compensation -
Overtime is paid at time and one-half with a compensatory leave option.
Unpaid Furlough Days -
As of 2010, members of the Oregon State Police have been required to take unpaid furlough days as part of a state wide budget reduction plan. The number of days range from 12 days to 14 days per bienium based on rate of pay.
