Smoke Alarm Door-to-Door Campaign
The OSFM is currently revising the smoke alarm program. Smoke alarms and $250 funding assistance is still available to fire departments and other partners wishing to conduct local installation campaigns.

While the Smoke Alarm Installation Program is being updated, requesters can continue to use the forms provided below to request assistance or simply contact Terry Wolfe at the number or email listed above. 

 
The goals of the campaign are to:
  • Install smoke alarms in homes that are at high-risk for a fire and that do not have a working smoke alarm
  • Educate homeowners/residents on the importance of maintaining smoke alarms
