The Role of the Board
Mission: Supervise O T practice and protect the public.

The Board is responsible for protecting the health, safety and welfare of individuals who receive Occupational Therapy services in Oregon.

The role of the Oregon Occupational Therapy Licensing Board includes :
- Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
- Make and enforce laws regarding OT practice
- Establish continuing education requirements
- Process applications and issue license and renewals
- Collect fees and authorize disbursements of funds

Use the Renewal ID Number from your e-mail or paper renewal to complete the forms online!

You can look up the name of all licensed Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants in Oregon on our Licensee Look up. Just click on the link below. When you get to the link you can look for the licensee by name, license number and city. You can also scroll down to find OTs working in specialty areas.
