Council Support Grants

OWEB invests in the watershed restoration infrastructure

OWEB's council support grants provide funds for watershed council coordinator salary, operating costs, risk management and accountability insurance, and other costs. These grants, along with the support provided to soil and water conservation districts, help to sustain an enduring, high capacity local infrastructure for conducting watershed restoration and conservation in Oregon.

Currently, OWEB is in the process of changing this program.
Staff have developed a proposal which includes both proces and policy changes.
