Ground Water Advisory Committee
The Ground Water Advisory Committee consists of nine members appointed by the Water Resources Commission, each representing a range of interests and expertise.  The Committee advises the Commission on all matters relating to rules, legislation, and public policy for the development, securing, use and protection of ground water; licensing of well constructors, including the examination of such persons for license; and reviewing the proposed expenditures of all revenues generated under ORS 537.762(5).
 
Defined by Oregon Administrative Rule 690-235-0005 and Oregon Revised Statute 536.090.
