The Well Identification Program facilitates better management of Oregon´s ground water resources and provides the public easier access to information about specific wells.
This program links existing wells (domestic, irrigation, commercial, monitoring, etc.), with Department records through the process of "tagging" the wells. The stainless steel tag must be placed on the well by the landowner. If your well does not have a tag on it, click the link below to apply for a tag.
