The following Discussion Draft features Recommended Actions in a dozen water‐related categories and provides a blueprint for the State of Oregon to follow, as it strives to understand and meet its water needs, now and in the future. These Recommended Actions span topics from developing new water supply to enhancing streamflows, from growing Oregon businesses to protecting the waters that make Oregon a great place to live.

As part of our public outreach efforts, the IWRS Project Team has released a document describing an initial set of draft recommended actions for Oregon’s Integrated Water Resources Strategy. The document below contains an introduction, a series of 12 bulletins, and a page summarizing the draft recommended actions. Each bulletin provides some brief background information, draft recommended actions, and a list of online resources for more information.

| Open House & Workshop Results |
|
The Integrated Water Resources Strategy (IWRS) Project Team conducted workshops and held open house events throughout the state over the past year. These events were largely aimed at gathering local input to inform the development of the strategy. Participants also had an opportunity to provide their input through a survey.
