| Introduction |

ORS 537.099 requires that federal and state agencies, cities, counties, schools, irrigation districts and other special districts report water use on an annual basis. Since 1990, many new permits have required water meters to be installed and annual reports to be submitted to the state.

Submit your water use report data - We encourage you to submit your data online using this form. As a result of budget reductions, forms will not be mailed as in the past and hard copy data submitted will not be entered into the database.
View water use reports for governmental entities - This page contains water use reports filed by governmental entities since 1989. Select an entity from the list to view a listing of the entity´s points of diversion with water use reports for each point of diversion. If the message No Records found for that search criteria appears, either the entity did not report on that diversion or there was no use from that diversion.
